Abstract
In the 18th century, when the conflict between the Bungdangs reached its peak, Cho Tae-chae and Cho Kwan-bin of the Yangju Cho family both served as key figures in Noron. Cho Tae-chae, who was surrounded by the Soron cousins and walked the path of Noron, quickly gained the trust of King Sukjong with his outstanding personality and practical skills, and grew into a key figure of Noron. During the reign of King Gyeongjong, the conflict between Noron and Soron broke out over the problem of GeonjeoDaeri(建儲代理), and Cho Tae-chae was enshrined in Jindo Island and killed along with three other ministers of Noron. This solidified Cho Tae-chae's status as one of the 4 Ministers of Noron, which represented Noron's loyalty. Cho Gwan-bin, the second son of Cho tae-chae, had to live in exile with his siblings after Cho Tae-chae’s death. he served as a representative figure of Noron Junron in the Tangpyeong political situation after King Yeongjo's accession. In the rapidly changing political situation, the official evaluation of the Sinim Loyalty(辛壬義理) was forced to continue to change, and accordingly, Cho Kwan-bin's move, which insisted on the complete realization of the Sinim Loyalty of Noron, was also bound to have ups and downs. Cho Kwan-bin participated in the political world in earnest after the Sinim Loyalty was fully recognized, but did not budge from a strong position even at this time.
